I did not start out keeping track of this sort of thing, which is why I'm not more specific in how many times a character flirted with a particular NPC in several of the ones listed. I also may be forgetting some flirt options, but you get a general idea. I started keeping track after so many posts about male characters having more flirt options than female characters, which does seem to be true. Here is my original blog post on the matter. This is also something I never intended to share publicly but with all of the interest around it, I decided "what the heck".
This is a work-in-progress. There are some companions whose affection I have not worked on so the [Flirt] options with them have not been encountered.
Keep in mind that [Flirt] options can be missed depending on choices taken throughout the conversation, so this list is not all-inclusive by any means. If you have a public list posted somewhere, feel free to let me know and I'll put a link on this page. You can find various links on my blog with ways to contact me, depending on what accounts you have, or you can leave a comment on any post there since all comments have to be approved first so I'll get an email about it.
During the Bounty Contract Week, there are some contacts with whom you can [Flirt] as same gender. Kelia Freen is a female contact who female characters can [Flirt] with. Dekk'lar is a male contact who male and female characters can [Flirt] with.
Lana Beniko and Theron Shan: I'm not checking the [Flirt] options on every individual character I have so the count will be based on 1-3 characters each faction. The Empire count through the end of Rishi seems to be 9 [Flirt] with Lana and 7 [Flirt] with Theron. There is one conversation on the Empire side where you can only [Flirt] with one or the other, i.e. choosing to [Flirt] with Lana makes the next options with Theron have no [Flirt] but if you don't choose [Flirt] with Lana, the next options have a [Flirt] with Theron. The Republic count through the end of Rishi seems to be 8 [Flirt] with Theron and 7 [Flirt] with Lana but I'm still running some through.
Rishi [Flirt] options: Kai Zykken and Kareena each have one [Flirt] available for Imperials only. Republic players don't have any that I saw (not counting Lana & Theron).
